Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, 2.7 GHz / 759 MB
how do I get rid of trogan.Agent.C:\\WINDOWS\rundll.exe
Backdoor.Bot C:\\WINDOWS\rundll.exe
I scan my anti-virus and came up with these two.. I follow the steps to get rid of them and they are still there when I run my scan.. am I not doing something right?

what r u using to scan with ? if u r not using Mal-ware-bytes u can download free..
is the rundll.exe keeping u from downloading anything ? if u r having trouble downloading .. power off pc an boot up in safe with networking go download your Mal-ware after u do that i would turn pc off get out of safe mode with networking and ... reboot it in just safe mode then run the Mal-ware it should fix u right up lol
let me know what happens

I would suggest you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.
