Unfortunately tons of people have the same problem as you...have you tried contacting Norton tech support and getting a solution? If you haven't downloaded yet you can still go back to Walmart and get a full refund. You may find that Avast Free is just as good if not better than Norton...your choice....

Download from the green link on the top right of that page

The answer to your question is on this next link:

Hello,

Sorry for the trouble. I am Vineeth and I am from the Norton Support team.

You can use the following page to download and install the Norton product:

http://us.norton.com/walmart-n360md

Or you can use the Norton 360 Premier link under Norton 360 Multi device in this support article to download and install the Norton product: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us...

And then activate the Norton product using the Product Key on the Card.

Let me know if that helps!

Thanks!

It's quite odd that the link the poster gave is exactly the one given in responses 1 and 2. When I went there it seemed obvious what to do, yet we get such a lot of these.

What exactly happened when you used the appropriate download button?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Re #4

Well spotted but if I use the version with the slash rather than the dash on IE, FF & Chrome it immediately redirects it (which I didn't notice originally) and comes up fine. Can't understand why it didn't work for the poster, unless its some UK thing.

Does the OP's version work for you?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Thanks - presumably it is set that way by Norton in an effort to help.

As you know, these Norton posters rarely return so I doubt we'll ever find out what the hang up was.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
