What sort of security do you have at the moment? & what program has told you that you have a virus?

How do I stop My computer from being attacked

Easy, just disconnect from the internet LOL.
On a lighter side, try trojan remover and fix all it finds...

AFTER you clean up with a Good Anti-Virus and Malwarebytes in SAFE MODE. I'd make sure to turn off all prior System Restore points before that, don't worry, it won't break the machine. YOU can re-check the slot later and make a new clean restore point. Try using OPENDNS free accounts, and consider using the mvps.org custom Hosts file in the future.
