Your post is very vague. Unfortunately it would be a real guessing game to give you good answers. Is there any way you can give us more info, for example PC specs, anti-virus names, did you remove the old anti-virus properly...etc.
You can try running a quick scan with Malwarebytes and fixing all it finds:

1: Please download Rkill from this link and save it to your Desktop. If your default download location is not the Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...
(Download page will open in a new tab or browser window.) Click on iExplore.exe
Once it is downloaded, double-click on the iExplore.exe icon in order to automatically attempt to stop any malware. Please be patient while the program looks for various malware programs and ends them. When it has finished, the black window will automatically close and a log file will open. Please review the log file and then close so you can continue with the next step. If you have problems running RKill, you can download the other renamed versions of RKill from the rkill download page. All of the files are renamed copies of RKill, which you can try instead. Please note that the download page will open in a new browser window or tab.
Do NOT reboot your machine. Each time you reboot, Rkill is disabled and you would have to run it again in order for it to be effective.
