how do i remove content advisor,the bxxxxxd

Specs: Windows XP
this content avisor has been the bane of my pc time. Itwas neither asked for nor downloaded. I wish "people"responsible will rot in eternity. Thankyou if anybody can help. Am I the only one expriencing this hell????

When you go to Tools > Internet Options > Content, you should see an "Enable" button. Clicking that should also allow you to disable it.
