Have you already uninstalled the software?
You can use a third party software removal tool such as iobit uninstaller:
Select powerful scan when the option presents itself then select and delete everything associated to mcafee.
If you have already uninstalled the software you can run their (mcafee) removal tool which should look for obsolete registry entries and orphaned files:
In any case run the mcafee removal tool after you have uninstalled the product.
You can manually search for the orphaned files and registry entries to delete but using dedicated software is a much safer way to go.
