How do I make my subfolders appear in the start menu after getting rid of the windows dowloader virus?

hany001, Looks as if malware changed Registry settingsā¦
Please open Registry Editor as follows:
Start > Run, in the Open area, type: regedit
Click OK.In Registry Editor go to File (upper left), and click: Export
In the prompt that appears...
Save in: Desktop
File name: expregUnder Export range (at the bottom):
Click: Selected branch
Then, copy/paste the following:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Click: Save
Now, go to the Desktop, and right click the expreg file
Select: Open with > Notepad
Notepad contains the info we need.Please post the contents of expreg in your reply.
Note: Please do not do anything else with this file.
