|you can either do an upgrade or a fresh install with windows 7. Select the fresh install and it will wipe your drive.|
Sounds to me like you put the win 7 disc in and then tried to run it while you had Vista running...it DOESN'T work that way. Put the win 7 disc in and then reboot....make sure your pc is set to boot from CDROM and not HD.
