I also had this problem, I tried malware and system restore, I deleted everything to do with the company off my hard drive, i disabled all cookies from the site and it stilled showed up. The only way I got around this was by setting Mozzila Firefox so when the browser open's it displays the last page I viewed, it seems like the only way of getting round this problem, hope I have been of help :) (there are other ways I'm sure)

if you are using google chrome;
1)click on the spanner at the top right hand side
2)options
3)it should come up under basics
4)where it says home page, it should be on open this page: searchqu.com
change it to whatever you like and it will not come up as your homepage when you open your browser.

I suggest going to command prompt off the start menu. When command prompt appears type this
cd C:\Program Files\Windows Searchqu Toolbar
press enter, this will put you in the searchqu directory, at the command prompt, type this
del .*.
press enter, this erases all files and directories in the searchqu directory, exit out with your cursor and carry on ..
