Unfortunatly there are many many programs that use this backdoor

I believe that MalwareBytes will eliminate it. I recommend running windows in safemode with networking or doing a system restore to a previous point.

This malware is often dropped through removable drives so I would scan those as well.

Which process are you killing just Isass.exe?

there may be more as well. IF you want to paste the list of processes running I will look to see what else might be on there.

Try to find out where lsass.exe is located. If it's anywhere other than your System 32 folder as the above link shows, it's most likely a virus.

Download Process Explorer from here:

Once it's up and running, hover over the process(es) name with your mouse to see the location of it. Here's a guide if you need help:
