Just to confirm my thoughts.

Download OTL, save & run from your Desktop. If your default download location is not the Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.
http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTL.exe
http://www.itxassociates.com/OT-Too...
Double click the OTL icon to start the tool. (Note: If you are running on Vista or Windows 7 accept UAC alert)
1: When the window appears, underneath Output at the top, make sure Standard output is selected.
2: Select Scan all users
3: Change Drivers to All
4: Under the Extra Registry section, check Use SafeList
5: In the lower right corner, checkmark "LOP Check" and checkmark "Purity Check".
6: Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted.

When the scan is complete, two text files will be created on your Desktop
OTL.Txt <- this one will be opened
Extras.txt <- this one will be minimized

The logs are large, upload them using this, or upload to a site of your choosing. No account needed. Give us the links please.

Thank you all for the help. I did download Sparktrust and I scanned my PC, but when I hit fix switch, Scantrust wanted me to buy their software. I already have enough of spyware programs. So I downloaded Malwarebytes, worked great on my pop up I had. It definitely got rid of it. But then my emails acct in windows essential would not open. Kept saying working off line, and would not let me work online. So I disabled firewalls, uninstalled all malware programs etc. No luck. So I uninstalled Window Essentials and then reinstall, but win essential would not reinstall. So I downloaded Outlook to get my mail so now my PC seems to be doing ok.
Thank all of you for your help. Appreciate your time

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you, and no I didn't try the utilities. I ended up in the hospital and will be in for a few more day's. My wife just brought me my surface pad. So now I'm catching up on my emails. I'm so sorry if you thought I ignored you. I will try the utilities when I get home.
Thank you so much for your help.
