How can I remove Windows Stability Alarm

Specs: Windows 7
Hello,there.
I just did NOT know when and how I got this alarm on my PC.and MSE just could not fix it completely,for there was still something wrong with my system popping some unknown error window there;and my IE-9 was still hijacked onto its purchasing page time-to-time.

Try the following:

Step 1: To Access the Desktop:

Press OK at the fake scan
When finished, press the 'Fix Errors' button.
At the Update Manager screen close the program by clicking on the [X] (top right)


Step 2: Stop Malicious Processes:

Download iExplore.exe (a renamed copy of RKill):

[http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/rkill]

Save the file to the Desktop
Right-click and select: Run as Administrator
Ignore any messages, and allow the file to run until the command window closes.


Step 3: Perform Registry Fix:

Download Shell.reg file:

Save the file to your Desktop.
Double-click on the Shell.reg file
Allow reg file to merge


Step 4: Scan the computer

Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (black button with green and white icon) Save to the Desktop:

Right-click mbam-setup.exe and select: Run as Administrator.
Update the program.
Select Perform Full Scan
Click the 'Scan' button.

When finished, click OK in the message box, to see the results.
Click the 'Remove Selected' button
Reboot, if so prompted


Step 5: Provide Scan Results

The scan log is displayed in Notepad

Note: If the infection does not let you download files to the infected computer, or you have no Internet connection, download the files/programs requested below to a clean computer and then transfer them to the infected computer. You can use a USB flash drive, or other removable media (CD/DVD, external drive).
