Here is a great guide to remove viruses from your system for free! You will need to burn a CD and load a bootable linux environment to remove the viruses, it has a graphic user interface and is easy to use (no coding or anything) the guide explains it pretty well.

Good luck!

I have no faith in free antivirus software because my son uses the free Avast Antivirus (updated every day) yet I'm always having to help him get rid of malware.

I use Norton Internet Security and malware has never been an issue for me. I suggest you uninstall Avira & install Norton Antivirus, then do a full system scan with it, quite simply it's the best protection in my opinion:

And just in case anyone tells you that Norton slows down your PC, that was certainly true before 2009, but I can assure you that since then Symantec finally fixed it. It is now one of the least resource-hungry security apps you can get.

Sounds like unsafe surfing habits....I tend to disagree that Norton is a better choice as I have used Avast Free for the past 10 years and have never had any problems with malware on any of my PC's. It would be hard to convince me to revert to paying Norton for protection...all I have heard recently in blogs etc is how Norton Tech Support wants to charge users a fee (usually $100 or more) to help them remove viruses...never hear that from Avast...EVER!.

ashleysimpson052, Here are some free tools to try to help you with your problem.
1- Malwarebytes ( do a quick scan and delete all it finds

2- AdWcleaner (fix all it finds)

3- Trojan Remover ( run it till it runs clean
http://www.simplysup.com/tremover/d...
4- Hitman pro (run till it runs clean)

Then see if that clears up your problem. It does not take a long time to run those scans...
