sure, your post makes no sense as you have not even stated what is wrong.
Maybe take it in to a shop and explain the problems and they will fix it for you or as an alternative, let us know what the problem you are having and then we may be able to assist you ;-)

i m sorry i dnt mention the prob. the problem is my laptop need the bios password to start and i forget the password so now i dnt knw how to reset bios password and it doesn't even support for other boot device,

unfortunately we do not offer password cracks on computing.net as it is against forum policy.
Too many stolen laptops and I know your wasn't stolen because you said it was a 'gift'

Contact dell as they are the only ones that can help you with this. If the previous owner put on a bios password, chances are that even replacing the HD will not work...it is an anti-theft protection for laptops. May as well give the person back the 'gift' as it will only serve as a small boat anchor in it's present condition.
