✔ Best Answer
Firstly, just for the future, try to choose a subject line that gives us some clue what the problem is about. "Please help" tells us very little - we are always here to help, whatever the topic.

Run these three small freebies for starters (which are good at unearthing and fixing things your anti-virus can miss):

AdwCleaner:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...
(blue Download button near top - not anything else on the page).
Download and "Save" the file somewhere. Go to the saved file then double click it to run the program. Use the "Scan" button, followed by the "Cleaning" button.

Junkware Removal Tool (JRT)
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...
(blue Download button near top - not anything else on the page).
Download and "Save" the file somewhere. Go to the saved file then double click it to run JRT. It might appear to have stopped at times or flash the screen but sit tight until it has finished.

MalwareBytes:
http://filehippo.com/download_malwa...
(green Download button top right - not anything else on the page)
Install and Run the program but before doing its Scan go to "Settings > Detection and Protection" and put a checkmark in "Scan for rootkits". Quarantine anything it finds.

Please copy/paste the logs on here because even if the symptoms are cured you are likely to still have things lurking around that require further cleaning.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

And if you can... one other utility to run:

Download and burn to to a dvd the Kaspersky Rescue disk ISO. Boot with that dvd. It will load itself into RAM only and then go online to update itself. After which it will scan your hard drive fully and clean out anything nasty it finds.

http://support.kaspersky.co.uk/4162

This (free) utility is actually a Linux based OS; will load into RAM only (unless you tell it do otherwise - which don't) and thus your HD is merely a resource for it.

Derek's list is the a good starting point...; and those tools are run from within windows itself.

The Kaspersky Rescue Disk goes after pests that can hide from many pest removers which require windows to be booted up/active in order to run/scan the system for assorted pests... Kaspersky does not load into windows..; but runs from within RAM only... A different and useful approach..
