Ultimate Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit

Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate x64, C2D P8700, 4Gb
My google search results are getting redirected to suspicious sites when I click on them. If I type in the URL (or copy/paste on address bar) it works (most if the time). This happens in both FF4 and IE9.

* I cannot enable Windows Security Center Service (it gets disabled in 10 mins with an action center warning)
* I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling MSSE (which was my default antivirus for the past 2y)
* I have tried running Spybot S&D, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, SuperAntispyware, Kaspersky TDSSKiller, Kaspersky virus removal Tool (trial version), ESET Online scanner, they have detected no trojans etc., but removed some adware cookies and tried to fix some "Start=4" setting in the registry for the Security Service under "Current Control Set"

Please help !

try trojan remover and hitman pro and fix all they find. You may want to run malwarebytes in safe mode and see if it catches the problem

Some HELP in posting on plus free progs and instructions Cheers

Go to C:/Documents and Settings. For each user there, right-click and choose Properties. At the bottom of the dialog box, uncheck the box for Hidden. Now run Spybot.

The redirect virus may have changed your hosts file and is why your computer is going somewhere not intended. The hosts file is very important when browsing the web.
