google search redirecting recently

ok Guys, so what's the deal with Google ? HUH? It loads the options for the search entered, then before I can choose, it RE-loads and adds some more options in the first categories. It seems like the FIRST load options may even disappear. Pure marketing ? Any thoughts

I would suggest you to reset the browser using the link mentioned below:

If you are referring to auto-complete feature, please perform the steps mentioned below:

Click Tools > Internet Options

In the Content tab, click the AutoComplete settings and disable the checkboxes.

It could be a Google-Redirect virus. Run a full scan for viruses & malware from Safe Mode.

I think the poster might be referring to Google's home page auto-complete feature rather than Internet Explorer.

Following up on #2, run MalwareBytes freebie - it is good at finding what AV's miss:

You could also run ADWCleaner because you might have a hidden toolbar poking its nose in:
The Delete button removes all addon toolbars, which IMO is a darned good idea.
