Google Search goes to Wrong Website

Whenever I do a Google search for some things, say "chicken recipes," and I click on a link, it comes up with the wrong kind of website, say one for teen health or something else stupid.

My mom tried to install some toolbar without asking me, and whenever I got to the computer, it had some wallpaper on it saying something like "Warning - your computer is not protected, and something about your family, and so on."

I ran MalwareBytes, Spybot, and SuperAntiSpyware, I haven't tried AdAware yet, and I still can't get rid of this problem

If someone could help, I would be very grateful! Thanks!

First please delete the Hijackthis log from your post its website rules no to post any logs unless requested. Second which web browser does it happen in?

If I'm helping you and I don't reply within 24 hours send me a PM.

Sorry for putting the log there. I finally figured it out though, I ran Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool, and that fixed it. Thanks for your help, though!
