I did what it said on the site up to step five, which says "Scan for malicious parasites with spyware/antivirus removers:
1. Spyware Doctor
2. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
3. NOD32 free trial"
But I was unable to do this because my computer will not allow me to download spyware doctor, malwarebytes anti-malware, or nod32 free trial.

you may want to download them on a different PC and put them on a thumb drive or burn them to a cd and then load them onto the problem PC

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers

I ran spy doctor it came back with a couple of things. But problem was still there. And, malware bytes closes right after i hit the scan buttom.

Also, now when i start my computer it says windows has encountered a critical error and must restart. and then it does.
so, im in safe mode.
