contacted a virus through a link on SPARKPEOPLE.com.computer will not allow me to run my already installed mcfee anti virus .message reads file mcagent.exe is infected and offers a $59.99 solution through SYSTEM TOOL.Please help.

I got the same thing today on my son's computer. Does anybody have an answer. I tried to run McAffee and it would not allow it. I tried to install AVG from both a disc and a download. It would not allow it. HELP!

The above link says how you put it in the registry.
Download these free utilities to a thumb drive or burn them onto a CD on another computer

1- rkill.exe
2- TDSS Killer
3- Malwarebytes

Install on troubled PC and run them in that order and fix all they find

I tried to download the malwarebytes on to a thumb drive from another computer. When I went to open it in the infected computer it would not let me open it. I think I have to do a system wipe. Any other ideas? JMNJESQ
