Dell Dell optiplex 755 small form factor...

Specs: Windows XP Pro
Symantec endpoint protection found windows\system32\x and said it's a Trojan.Gen. Can't delete or quarantine it and access was denied. When I look with windows explorer I see the file, but it shows it as 0 bytes in size. What should I do?

Thanks, I've since found that Symantec did quarantine the file in place. No more worries.
