I use McAfee and during a scan it quarantined FakeAlert-KW!htm (Trojan). Do I leave it in quarantine status or should I remove it?

I can chose to restore, delete or send to McAfee. Not sure what these choices mean.

Restore - restores the infection to it`s default location (not recommended)

Delete - removes the selected infection

Send to McAfee - Sends the infection to McAfee Lab for testing.....(recommended)

Send the infection to McAfee and keep it into the quarantine folder...

They receive the infection, see if new update is necessary for it`s disinfection, and develop it if necessary....
