what recovery are you talking about? Office or windows recovery?
What Version of office are you using?

Can you open the file with this online excell viewer?
https://sheet.zoho.com/sheet/excelv...

Have you tried with openoffice or libre offce suit?

Recovered file from usb using Recuva & EASEUS softwares,
files were recovered but do not open showing above message.
Yes, I have tried all online options.
I have noticed the files do not have any program name in security details tab.

On your opinion, I am trying to see how open office deals with the file. Thanks.
Any other recommendations, the file is my 5 years work.

What version of Excel do you have? Older versions do not handle the newer Excel format.
You can try opening the file in Openoffice.org (free), if it opens there you can try Save As an older version of excel which it can do. In fact you can try multiple versions and since you will be keeping the original recovered version separate, you can ignore any warnings that format might be lost and see how they each look in Excel.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
