Hi,
I'm having a problem that is whenever I double click on my folder in any hard drive, it's open as type search file and in the top of the menu I see search icon is enable

I have Avira Antivirus installed and I scan all of my drives with it but not working

Im also installed spybot and found that 1 file "baidu" was unable to be fix as its associate to my memory

Then, I search the file "autorun" and delete it, but still not working

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

MYLEE, Click Start>Run then copy & paste or type in:

regsvr32 /i shell32

Click OK

Note that the spacing is important

Your problem will be solved.

Hi Tufenuf
Thanks for prompt response!

I been solve this problem for 3 days & finally it works. Is it due to virus or certain configuration?

By the ways, thanks for your advise!

MYLEE, "I been solve this problem for 3 days & finally it works. Is it due to virus or certain configuration?"

It's a fairly common problem with Windows XP and it's not usually due to a virus. If you check thru the links/threads at the search link below you'll see that you weren't alone.
