Does manual windows update include defender updates

Specs: Windows 10 , i3/16
If I have an offline Windows 10 and I do updates manually by installing files myself from Microsoft’s update catalogue after following the update history right here
Do these updates also update windows defender definitions, or would I have to do those manually as well?
I download them on a separate computer and install them on one offline. I was trying to download defender updates from here but it’s very unclear as to whether it installs and doesn’t seem to change any dates of installation. I’m hoping that’s not necessary to do and that Microsoft update catalogue updates also update defender.

Do you have Defender enabled? Are you using it as your primary virus/malware protection?

I have Kaspersky total security as my primary antivirus. I may put malwarebytes in as well but am deciding since it’s offline. So defender helps with malware right now. If I go into windows defender security center or windows defender settings it shows Kaspersky took over. I turned periodic scanning on for windows defender. Ransomware protection and real time protection got turned off when I installed Kaspersky. Firewall is Kaspersky. So no it’s not my primary protection but I would still like to have it update to it’s latest definitions. I’m hoping windows update iteself on Microsoft’s update catalogue includes those

Might as well mention, I do update kasperky as well while offline by downloading the updates on my other pc in a folder from their website and then installing manually. My plan was just to use Microsoft’s update catalogue and kasperskys website to do all the computer’s updates myself while offline
