Does anyone know how to fix an Avg/Avsatconfl

April 11, 2011 at 18:32:58
Specs: Windows Vista
Avg 2011 had only one more day before it was over, so I downloaded Avasat and that when my home screen Icon's started locking up. I cannot get any program to respond to my mouse. What should I do? Can't delete Avg 2011, or Avsat Free

Try F8, boot to safe mode. Try to uninstall them there.

tap f8 on bootup and select safe mode with networking, then download and run revo uninstaller to clean out AVG and ALL it's registry entries, works much more thorough than the AVG uninstaller, then update avast and run a bootscan on reboot and move all it finds to the chest

Some HELP in posting on plus free progs and instructions Cheers
