DNS error message letstrywithme.com

Specs: Windows Vista Home Premium,
Anytime I do a search on the internet I get an DNS error message that says "letstrywithme.com" cannot be found. There is no such site, and from I have found out already there may be malware running on my computer that redirects the search to this site which doesn't exist. And antivirus software will not pick up and correct it. So I may have to manually remove the malware.

Anyone know how I get rid of this manually?.

I'm not sure but thinking you are in the google chrome browser. If so: click on the wrench go to options, choose 'basic' and in the section : search engine click on the button 'manage' . If you see the 'letstrywithme' light it up and hit 'delete' to get rid of it. Set google search engine as prior. then again in 'options' choose for 'under the hood' look for your cookies and delete them all. Close the browser and after 30 seconds restart the browser.

Also download Malwarebytes, update it and run a full scan.
