My laptop picked up a trojan which my AVG9.0 quarantined. I deleted the virus from the vault then did a complete system scan. I deleted everything that resulted except for the "locked" items, which could not be deleted. Now i can only access IE but none of my other programs or files. How do i fix this?
sorry but i handed my laptop over to a friend who is more computer savy than i am with this result: he said my AVG was outdated and so downloaded the 2011 free version of AVG so the program that originally quarantined the virus is "no longer on my laptop" thus no log available for you.
