Connected to WiFi (to DSL). IE Browser stopped working.

Specs: Windows Vista
To trouble shoot, have to go to proxy settings. There is a program "Proxy Watch" that is in the way. Want to UN-install "Proxy Watch". It asks for a password, and we don't know it. Is "Proxy Watch" a virus? Or is it part of AOL?

There is a third party program with that name (see Google).

If that's what it is you will have to get in touch with the vendor.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
