Can't upload pictures after virus attack

Specs: Windows Vista
Hello, I recently had the Windows Repair virus on my computer where it was basically trying to get me to buy there virus protection. All of my pictures, documents, and files were hidden afterwards, but I used Malwarebytes to remove it and then was able to unhide my files. Everything seemed to be back to normal today, but then I noticed that when I tried to upload to photo sharing sites like Photobucket and TinyPic, it said My Photos did not exist. They are showing up on my computer now, but they appear somewhat transparent and unlike they normally do. I'm trying to figure out why they cannot be found when I try to upload...anyone know how to solve the problem? Thanks.

Have you tried opening the pictures that you are trying to send, to make sure that they ARE in fact there?

Yes, I have opened up the pictures and they are showing as if they are there. It is only when trying to upload that it says they do not exist...

The infection has changed the attributes on your files to hidden.
Download this file & then double click Unhide.exe to run it.
