|You should never quote your banking or paypal log-ins in an email, and neither the banks nor paypal will include your login details in emails they send to you. So if you've got those confidential details in your emails (especially in a weak security system like Windows Live Mail), you have been very unwise.|
If someone has accessed your emails already, there is nothing you can do other than inform your bank and close your paypal account. Then use a more secure email service, that means none of the free ones. Use the one that you pay your ISP for.
