Before supplying a HJT log, also do the following:

A fully updated scan with your installed Antivirus software
Run an IE Reset: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737
A free updated (Quick) scan with Free Malwarebytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-do...
(Note: Remove all found Malwares at the end of the quick scan)

You can then restart, and either run an online scan with Eset: http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/
Or create a fresh HJT scan log to post here (after doing the above first)

Okay...I have done each scan as you have requested. I did not come up with anything on the first two. The ESET scan did find a threat though. I have run MANY other scans and have deleted several different things.

I appreciate your help with this problem. This is my mother's computer and she brought it to my house (she only has dial-up) so that I could try several things more quickly and I just haven't been able to conquer this problem on my own.

IT WORKS NOW!!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!

That's ok,

But you may still be infected
I have only just started providing support here, but without the HJT (fresh) log, then I cannot confirm

Then again, I don't really want a large pasted log in this small reply window, so if you are happy, then lets leave it at that :)

I will leave it at that. She had to travel home, so I sent her on her way. I will definately come back to this thread if it doesn't work for her once she gets home. Thank you again!
