Specs: Windows 7
How important is the message that I get everytime I reboot that says Unable to locate subfolder C:/program Files (x86) McAfee\managed virus Scan\desktopUI\TPS? Should I be concerned? If so what should I do?

A message like that usually means the software was uninstalled but not all references to it were removed. So part of windows still thinks it's there and is looking for it. If that's the case run something like Revo:

to remove the remnants. (Try the freeware version)

Or if you have and still want Mcafee then you probably need to reinstall it.

With anti-virus products this situation comes about when they are uninstalled without first disabling real time protection. Otherwise you use their product removal tool:

Revo should also do it, as given in #1.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I'd forgotten about that. Even if you run revo and it seems to have removed everything you may still want to run the mcafee removal tool to make sure it's all gone.
