Can ntone help with this malware?

Specs: Windows Vista
I have some sort of malware on this machine i cannot get rid of. I have tried Spybot, CCleaner, Hijackthis, and various reigstry cleaners. It causes all kinds of unnecessary startup items hat duplicate if disabled, iexplorer error msgs (script on this page or null) when running firefox or even nothing at all. It has disabled my windows menu to view hidden/system files and made my Spybot teatimer inaccessible. I believe it came from malwaredoctor that my wife clicked on, but not sure. I will post my HJT log. It is all the oddly named bunches of letters. This thing just won't die! (I'm pretty sure "RtHDVCpl.exe" is part of my sound system, the rest do not belong) Any help appreciated.

Download malwarebytes, then rename mbam.exe (the malwarebytes install file) to install it, update it and run a full scan. Will get rid of your trojan bho.

JTLemon, if you think HJT is your solution, why not paste your results into
and then google the questionable items? Works for me.
HopperRox keeps pushing malwarebytes in ALL his replies...that is NOT the only cleaner out there, there are many. In all my years I found that it takes more than one cleaner to remove all the new variants coming out.

Some HELP in posting on plus free progs and instructions Cheers
