Can I delete these

Specs: Windows XP
I had some scareware that I eventually got rid of with Avira/Antivir, but now these come up in spybot. I just wanted to make sure they are safe to toss because especially the last two refer to the Control Panel...don't want to mess anything up! thank you :)

Remove them. They are associated with the rouge antivirus scareware program called Antivirus 2009.
