Hi,
Did you check your proxy server settings?
Start- Control Panel- Network and Internet- Connection tab- LAN Settings button
The "Use proxy server for your LAN" should be unchecked.
Also check your home page is correct?
Start- Control Panel- Network and Internet- (Home page url is the one you wan't)
If all of these are fine, you should download Rkill from this link:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...
Then download Malwarebytes from this link:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Update it and run a full scan, delete all that it finds.

http://support.kaspersky.com/viruse...

Download and install this. It kills the rootkit virus that's redirecting you. Run malwarebytes first and clean up what it finds, then run this app and choose cure when prompted. It should work in Windows, but you might have to use safe mode. Turn off system restore first before the scan. After it's clean re enable it.
