Specs: Windows XP
I get a popup menu asking for credit card information once I am logged in to Bank of America's online banking website. I noticed someone else in this forum had the same problem over a year ago. How was it resolved?

Are you sure you are going to the correct Bank of America website?

https://www.bankofamerica.com/

If so, you might have malware infected on your PC. Start with a scan on Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Download the free version.

Yes. It is the correct site and it is confirmed by my site key. In a previous post a reference was made to a possible keylogger virus.

A combination of running a virus scanner and downloading all the latest XP service packs removed the virus.
