How do I remove the Win64/Aleouron/gen!A virus from my Acer Aspire 5740 Laptop running Windows 7? Every time I try to download any anti-virus software or malware removal program, my laptop crashes. How do I install or run some software if my system does not respond?
Last December I took this same laptop to, "The Geek Squad" and all they did was make a back up of my drives, and perform a Factory Reset. Well, the problem is still here; only now I have 2 versions of this virus ... the win32/ and the win64/ versions of the BSoD.
PLEASE HELP!!!! I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! NOTHING I TRY WORKS.

A factory reset would have definitely got rid of the infection, but you've re-infected it yourself if you've restored anything from the backups that Geek Squad made, because the infected files would have been in the backups.

I would perform Factory Recovery again, but after that, check every file in the backups with a reliable antivirus before restoring it.
