Blocked Package Messages

Specs: Windows XP
Hi, my pc has recently been infected by viruses which caused my virus protection to stop running, re-directed me to different sites and flashed up error messages. After about a week of trying and trawling help sites (I am a total novice)I finally got everything running again, with firewall and anti-virus working. I had a look at the firewall log and, amongst other things, I have logs like the ones below for blocked packages. I have no idea what they mean, but I am worried I might have some back door tj:

tcp Incoming 66.135.202.211 80(World Wide Web HTTP) 192.168.2.102 5000(commplex-main) Bubbel, Back Door Setup, Sockets de Troie v1 10/06/2009 21:30:17

tcp Outgoing 192.168.2.102 2240(RECIPe) 120.89.64.107 80(World Wide Web HTTP) Back End, Executor, Hooker, RingZero 09/06/2009 21:48:33

Thanks for any advice

Run a full scan with:

Download and run Kaspersky AVP tool: http://devbuilds.kaspersky-labs.com...
Once you download and start the tool:

# Check below options:

    * Select all the objects/places to be scanned.
    * Settings > Customize > Heuristic analyzer > Enable deep rootkit search

# Click Scan
# Fix what it detects
# Attach Scan log/Summary to your next message.
