A pop up states that I should back up my encripted file key....How do you determine if you are using encription and need to do this?

Are there choices in the dialog box as to what you can do? Can you determine where the alert is originating?

No it just says to backup encripted file keys...I don't think I am using encription as I have no need for it.

The next time you see it, don't close it & open the task manager. Try to determine what program is sending the alert.

Thanks Guapo, not sure if I will be able to determine which program is running. Maybe I will make a screen capture of my task manager now so I can compare... any other suggestions? Again, thanks for your support.

Guapo, once I find a suspect, do I select it and then click on end process to see if that one is it?

You can end the process if you want but remember what it said so we can find it in the registry or in the startup & stop it permanently.
