At18.job connects to bad domain

Specs: Windows XP
Hey All,

I just purchased a used acer aspire netbook, which of course came with trojans/virus included.

I did the following scans:

macafee, spybot search and destroy, avast startup, and malware bytes. each of these programs found some bad guys and removed them. I thought I probably licked them all, but then was warned by my firewall about a process called at19.job. I looked at the file properties of at18.job under WINDOWS/Tasks and saw something like the following under the Task tab for the file:

Run: mshta.exe

It looks like this is a domain controlled by bad guys, so maybe my computer is not yet free of malware?

I also ran hijack this, so can post the log of that as well if you want.
