Am I infected or what?

Microsoft Windows xp professional - 3-pa...

Specs: Windows XP, 2,4 GHz / 1GB
I have WIndows XP sp3. For some time
svchost.exe was taking up 100% of my CPU
time. My antivirus (ESET NOD Antivirus) have
expired. I paid new license and Trojan was
found on the machine.
However, cvhost still goes crazy.
I was checking allaround web for solution.
Downloaded Proccess explorer which showed
that DCOM server launch and Terminal service
were using cvhost. I disabled them. Then
OSA9.exe was using same resource. I killed
it, then cvhost come up agin. Now it is run by
Remote Call Procedure, I can not disable (and
should not?).
It looks to me like there is some trojan force
there under and I can't get to it? How to get rid
of it? Or, do you think my problem is
something else?

Maybe you could try to scan with Hitman Pro, it is a cloud based antivirus with 7 antivirus vendors in the cloud. Maybe Hitman Pro can detect something? Their website is: Hitman Pro website

I didn't use this recommendation, since I haven't noticed it on time. Maybe it would have helped me.
Finally, I was infected with Trojan Downloader agent. ESET NOD did not find it. I tracked it down with Malware Malbytes at last.
It made a mess on my computer and had to reinstall everything. Weak point was Filezilla where trojan did get my ftp accounts and infected all of my websites.
