All My Contacts Are Being Spammed

My MSN, Yahoo and Google email accounts have all my contacts spammed. I had a couple of viruses recently, Trojan:win32/FakeSysdef and Trojan:winNT/Alureon. I have also added a WD exterior harddrive recently.

I'm running Microsoft Security and Zone Alarm. I scan a couple times a day. I have done system restore twice and am losing programs each time.

I put an "X" in front of my contacts emails so I don't keep sending them stuff.

What am I supposed to do? I use the computer for banking, stockmarket and read news papers. No porn or out of country things. Please help.

The viruses must have stolen the passwords to your email accounts.

Make sure all viruses are removed from your computer. Prevx 3.0 Anti-virus will scan for free and identify any viruses still present. Here's a download link:

In order to stop them from spamming, you must change the password for each of your email accounts.

I changed my Hotmail password, but not my Gmail or Yahoo. The trouble has stopped for all three. I thankyou very much for your time answering my Q. Did it work? Who knows? But it is working. Thanks again.
