I went to Best Buy and the Geek Squad told me to open the computer, remove the strap to the hard drive and the CD drive then turn it on again and it will switch the CMOS back to the original state! Then replace the staps and boot up! If that doesn't work then Partition Magic will!

If your machine doesn't boot, what's the point in spending money on a partitioning software? Before you can use Partition Magic, you need to install it, which you can't do because your machine won't boot.

Can you get to Safe Mode? What is the BIOS showing as far as the drives are concerned?

Do not buy Partican Magic. Go to http://www.partition-tool.com download that program I believe the proversion is now free and it allows you to make a bootable CD. There are alot of free partition tools most of them are linux based.
