0 RAM available online, should have lots tho

Specs: Windows 7
I bought a new laptop and it has 6GB of RAM. When I look at the specs on Directx it comfirms that my system has 6GB of RAM. But when I go online to account.live.com and go on MSN autocare (MSN messenger related issues) it says I have 0 Total RAM and 0 Available RAM. This is probably why my poker applications don't run well or at all. Is this a problem with the firewall and if so how do I fix it? I am currently using the Norton antivirus 1 month trial with the default settings.

I think it's an error in the program; I just ran it and it said I have a negative amount of RAM.
Go to: Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Information to confirm you have 6GB installed. If so it is an error with the MSN program.

I am currently using the Norton antivirus 1 month trial with the default settings.

I myself would dump that fast and just use Avast Free, much better real-time protection and no scheduled scans

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
