how can i append a copyright data to java file without affecting the source code

you won't be able to display it to the user, only to someone who is editing your script:

/* copyright info goes here */

you can put this anywhere in your code, even outside of a class or after a line of code:

/* copyright info */
public class Whatever

if ( a = 2 ) /* copyright info */

without getting an error. hope this helps!!
plus, you can set a string:

String a = " copyright info "
System.out.println ( "Copyright Info:" + a )

but this would be changing your code!! (this does have to be in a class, or it will say something like 'class, interface, or enum expected').
or did you mean add it from a different java file?
