Using Master bat file to call others

Specs: Windows XP
I have a master file that calls the following 4 files. I want them to run at the same time not sequentially. Is that possible using one master bat file?

should be able using the start command or cmd, like:
start SQL_to_Oracle_1.bat
start SQL_to_Oracle_2.bat
cmd /c SQL_to_Oracle_3.bat
cmd /c SQL_to_Oracle_4.bat

haven't tried it out though.

Start is definitely the way to go, if you like you can even make them share the same console window with the /b switch.

rem Same console window
start /b SQL_to_Oracle_1.bat
start /b SQL_to_Oracle_2.bat
start /b SQL_to_Oracle_3.bat
start /b SQL_to_Oracle_4.bat

Perfectly possible Ivan, the command START nicely does wat you need (as indicated above). In fact, START is the opposite of CALL, where START does NOT wait for the command/script to be terminated, and CALL does wait.

Spawning the processes however is one thing, checking their status/ending, is another thing.
