I'm trying to upload a file to an FTP server using the BITS service, but I'm having some problems

Once I run the upload command:

bitsadmin /transfer "test" /upload "ftp://ftp.server.org/test/clients/test.txt" "C:\test.txt"

It returns error:
Unable to add file - 0x80070057
Wrong parameter.

Were is the parameter and what does the error code mean? I've set the permissions of the "clients" folder on the server to both read and write.

(Sorry about the title typo, keyboard's half-broken)

BITS is its own transfer protocol, so don't expect it to use another protocol like FTP. Luckily, the big 3 Windows scripting languages all have a method of using FTP.

EDIT: Also, if you're looking to match error number to actual error, try ERR. It scans a list of all of the error codes from Windows headers. I recommend looking at whatever subsystem you're using, ntstatus.h, and winerror.h, in that order.

Didn't find anything for the error message, and nothing else worked so I switched to PowerShell which worked perfectly. Thanks for the help though.
