Trying to rename *.* with today's date / time

February 11, 2011 at 07:31:18
Specs: Windows XP
Basically, I'm writing a program to run an NT Command:

let $rename_local_file_string = 'CMD.EXE /C REN R:\PSDATA\' || $local_directory || $local_path || $local_filename || ' "* %Date:/= %.*"'

' "* %Date:/= %.*"' ... results in all files being copied with Thu Feb 10 2010

I really need files appended with the date time in this format - 110210_13:36:04
