Yeah, roger that! Posting a more robust sample of the inputfile might help (things showed up in the output that weren't shown in the input). Also, wild guess, but it appears that the data might benefit from sorting on column 4 after excluding the 7-element rows. Also, was the repetition of 203 and 403 an actual occurance? If so, then "repeats" would need to be eliminated as well.
